The ruling comes under them

One declarative sentence, then the reasoning as bullets that each carry a citation. It is written from exactly the sections on your screen, so it can never cite a rule you were not shown.

The guarantee

It can only cite what it showed you.

The reading list and the ruling come out of one retrieval, on one request. A citation naming a section the model was not given is dropped before it reaches you. Tap any number and the section opens whole — with its version, its effective date and a link to the official PDF, never truncated.

Per-card rulings from the publishers’ own APIs are deliberately not ingested. They are unvetted third-party text, and trusting them would undercut the citation guarantee.

When it can’t

A judge who cannot tell a real answer from a confident one has gained nothing. A question the documents do not cover returns one fixed line, and no ruling at all.
